We’re all about long-term relationships at Different Drop, so please never hesitate to contact us if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer full returns on orders for up to 100 days after purchase and a hassle-free returns process.
How to returns an order:
Contact us (phone, email, chat, social, carrier pigeon) and provide your order details and one of our friendly team will help organise everything.
If a return is required, we can do this in three different ways:
- We can have a Fastway Courier driver pick the wine up from your front door. You will need to be home on the allotted day and this may not be possible for some rural addresses.
- You can drop it off at your local post office (we’ll email you the Australia Post delivery sticker to put on the box)
- You can drop it off at our Sydney warehouse: F5A, 42 Wattle St, Ultimo, 2007
When packing the return, our box is best but any wine box will do. Please just ensure the bottles are snug and secure for delivery.
Once returned we’ll process the refund to your credit card or PayPal account or provide you store credit if you prefer.
Some things to please keep in mind:
- We can't accept returns of products that have label or other cosmetic damage (eg: it's been sitting in an esky with water and ice).
- We don't accept returns on Gifts.
- If it's been more than 100 days since your order we can't accept a return.
- We offer a very generous return policy because we love our customers and want to see you guys happy above all else. Saying that, we reserve the right to refuse if we think the policy is being taken advantage of unfairly.
How to cancel an order before it is shipped:
Contact us ASAP and we'll cancel and refund right away.
If you cancel an order after we have shipped it we'll process the refund once the stock has been recovered and is returned. This may take up to a week because once a package has entered the postal system it can take some time for it to get turned around and sent back to us.
