This is an easy fix and sorry in advance for the inconvenience!
We recently gave DifferentDrop.com a major technology upgrade. To do that we had to switch the backend software meaning we need our customers to re-register an account with us so they can set up a new password (it's an annoying but necessary security requirement).
The register button is on the right-hand side of the account page and only takes a minute
Note: please click register. Don't try and reset your password.
Once registered we can then automatically populate your account. Your address details will appear immediately and your order history will populate over time. Simply register a new account with your usual email address, set your password and you’re good to go.
