To easy. We use Australia Post eParcel as our default delivery provider.
Using collections points:
First, find your local Parcel Collect, add it to your list of delivery addresses in your MyPost account, then they’ll give you your very own, unique Parcel Collect address which you can copy and paste into the address section of our checkout.
Once your order’s been delivered, you’ll receive an email and, if you’ve signed up to receive SMS notifications on MyPost (which we highly recommend!), an SMS the day before delivery and once your order has been delivered. If you’ve downloaded the Australia Post app, you’ll get an alert on your phone too!
You have 10 days to collect your order from the post office before it’ll be returned to our warehouse in Sydney.
NB: When you collect your parcel they will do an ID check. Please ensure you have provided your full name on the delivery details.
